It was good

Disliked: When we check in the room that we got was not ready! I went down to let him know that and he gave us another room! And we checked in late

Liked: It was close to where I needed to be.
Disliked: I’ve stayed here before and they used to have more options for a hot breakfast. They didn’t this time

Liked: Noting..had my generator stolen even after the front clerk said it's safe to park
Disliked: Worse place to stay

Good

Liked: We were promptly assigned a new room when we discovered the door to our first room didn't latch shut so it could lock. Staff were helpful and accommodating.

Quality Inn corporate needs to...

Liked: Clean, close to our venue, parking ok.
Disliked: The tv didn’t work. We had to fix it ourselves. The bathroom fan was extremely noisy. The maintenance personnel should have known both the tv and fan needed work.

Liked: The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the people working the front desk were very helpful. This was my second time staying for work and I think it's a good deal for a short stay.
Disliked: The location is good for travel (close to highways) but otherwise not the greatest. I think the room was good for a few nights' stay, but it wouldn't be my first choice for something longer/not work-related.

Was not happy

Liked: The bed and pillows and the desk.
Disliked: The room was ok but has worn out furniture. The bathroom was bad. Needed painting, floor had mold at the tub, the shower head was defective, the caulking job around the tub looked horrible. My 2 year old could have done better! The breakfast room was a mess, no meat or eggs. The coffee server was empty. I was there on a Sunday morning at 9 am. and breakfast was supposed to last till 10am. Then I left without eating and went to the coffee server at the front desk and it was empty! Someone should be taking more care of the place.
