Liked: Pork sausage, Oatmeal and Biscuits n Gravy is what was missing from the last time I stayed. Other than that everything and everyone was very accommodating.

Liked: Staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was also very good.
Disliked: There was nothing that we didn't like..

Liked: Easy checkin process and location is right next to the freeway. Oh and the breakfast was pretty good, the seasoned potatoes especially.
Disliked: Hotel needs a revamp, carpets had holes in them and it just feels kinda old in the room. Pictures must be from when it was first open, because that is not what the room looked like. Pool and spa are covered by boards and the sauna was closed.

Liked: Room mold on ceiling carpet dirty and bathroom dirty at night was loud the rooms are open wall style the heater was set 65deg unable to adjust family stayed there as well all had same or more experience
Disliked: 3 floors were open wall it was more luke a jail style 44deg was very cold

Liked: Beds and pillows were very comfortable breakfast was good and staff in the breakfast room very nice and helpful
Disliked: I asked for a room that was good for handicap accessible I was given a room way down the hallway with no other way of getting in and out to the room but back the same way I came that was one problem. Also had someone talking on and on in the middle of the night and I couldn't get any sleep till probably about 3:30 in the morning
