Quality Inn Mason Near Kings Island

I wouldn't recommend.

Disliked: Shower was not working. Couldn't take shower for two days before they shifted me to another room. Many light bulbs were fused. The beverage machine had no bottled water for two days. They failed to restock.

I don't think the maids should come into the rooms unless requested while the room is occupied.

Liked: The waffles were good but should have had more than two waffle makers. We had a great time - that's the fourth time we have stayed at this Super Eight and we will be back.
Disliked: Pool stunk.

Close to Kings Island and...

Liked: I came down for Kings Island opening weekend so the location is super convenient.
Disliked: I didn't have any dislikes.

Exceptional

Liked: the front desk service worker was amazing and had a smile for everything. The room was updated and way better than I expected.

Disliked: Unexpected $60 deposit when we checked in.

Liked: The staff was excellent. The shuttle to Mings Island was so nice.
Disliked: Slight cigarette smoke smell in rooms.

Disliked: The $100 deposit that I was unaware of, even after calling the hotel before arriving. The fact that I had to walk outside through a parking lot of I wanted breakfast. The smell of cigarettes and marijuana in my bathroom.
