Great concert with my daughter; good road trip.

Liked: Friendly staff; close to concert; clean room; good breakfast.
Disliked: Bed too hard; no ventilation in bathroom.

Liked: Room was clean and well-appointed.

Lots of places to eat nearby if you want. We hit Denny's after the concert - awesome!

Liked: Room clean; beds comfortable. Pool looked clean but didn't have a chance to use it.
Disliked: Continental breakfast just fair. Room smaller than expected but for attending a concert, it was fine.

Disliked: I made the reservation in advance for my son, Michael. He is 20 years old, has his own job, his own car, and is a father. He is old enough to vote, fight for our country, drive a car, etc. Yet he was unable to check into your hotel, into his reserved room becasue he isn't 21 years old. Very bad policy people! Consequently, he went right down the street and was able to stay at a very nice Red Roof Inn - no problem. As for me, my family, and my friends, you will not be able to PAY us to stay at your establishment. I am very unhappy that my son's first experience with an overnight hotel stay was nearly ruined by Quality Inn. You need to rethink the age policy as it is ridiculous!

Disliked: Host/ owner unfriendly and a cheapskate Breakfast was scant- either offer it right or not at all No butter/ just syrup for waffle; had to ask for spoon for cereal and coffee refill

Careful - they will give your room away even when you call ahead to let them know you will be late

Disliked: Everything. I booked this room months ago. I called two days before I arrived to let them know I would be a late night check-in after a concert. I asked about early check-in, but they would not allow it. When I showed up to check-in, the attendant at the desk said that the manager marked my room as cancelled. It was a busy night after a concert and they were turning away walk-in customer. They obviously gave my room away to a walk-in. I had to drive two hours home.
