Liked: Good location. Nice staff.
Disliked: The cock roaches in the bathroom

Very Comfortable.

Liked: How close it was from the cruise ship and also they provided a ride to the ship port.
Disliked: The smoke alarm came on 3 times in the middle of the night because one of the guests was smoking in the room when he wasn't supposed to.

Besides above statement it was...

Liked: Close to venue and breakfast
Disliked: Had trouble flushing toilet took at least 3 times to flush. Sink plunger was broke closed had to hold plunger up for water to drain. Called front desk about people above us their kid(s) were constantly running back and forth all night long till at least 2am. But nothing was ever done cause it continued the whole time we were there we had to raise the volume of the tv to drown it out.

Disliked: They agreed a shuttle drop to our cruise terminal and then refused to provide that service at the final time. Not a good service.

Adequate facilities for a one...

Liked: Breakfast was good and the parking was acceptable for a large vehicle.
Disliked: Staff was smoking on the walkways while we were checking out.

I did not feel safe.

Liked: The beds were very comfortable and the staff were very friendly. The location was easy to find. I expected more of a Quality Inn. This was the worst one that I have stayed in.
Disliked: It was very noisy - traffic, car alarms and domestic disputes with high volume threats of murder in the parking lot. The staff really should have done something about the car alarms going off all night. They had a list of what car belonged to what room. Breakfast was OK but nothing special. Not enough tables.

Disliked: Nothing as such but just to name something then it might be Compact parking
