Liked: The room was dirty the bathroom looked a mess the toilet had trouble flushing completely the sink was clogged there were holes in the wall. The carpet was dirty and needed to be vacuumed.

Terrible service, bathroom, smell, very...
Liked: It was next to Taco Bell, that is the only thing to like.
Disliked: Nothing to like. From the only employee I met, to the smell of the room, the constant noise from adjacent rooms (TV, dogs, yelling, slaming doors), all the caulk in the bathroom falling off, cigarette burns all over the tub. The shower pressure was unusable. The bottom of the tub was bubbling up. The lone employee barely spoke English, while not understanding anything i said. She wouldn't give me a receipt for check in and refused to get me a receipt for early checkout. I got the room for Thursday & Friday night, I left and didn't stay Friday night it was so bad.

Liked: You can't beat the price
Disliked: The check-in process took entirely too long because the point of sale system is antiquated and malfunctioning. I had to go into the office where the employees work to tap a touch screen and sign an agreement. There was an additional $3 charge that wasn't explained to me, the check-in wasn't very welcoming. The room was kind of dirty, there was still hair stuck to the bathtub from the last time it was "cleaned". There is clearly some water damage stains on the ceiling of the room, there was n't an earbud foamy behind the bed along with the charger that had been left by a guest. Clearly housekeeping is not checking these things. All in all You get what you pay for. I used to work in hospitalities and for a while was in housekeeping, it's pretty bad here. Not the worst I've ever seen, but pretty bad. I'm willing to bet the facility isn't up to franchise standards
