Ok for the price.

Liked: Great location, quiet, air conditioning worked good, pay per use laundry machines on site.
Disliked: Property needs lots of repairs. Leaking air conditioning units, mildew smell, ceiling molded and falling.

Disliked: For some reason the house keeper kept knocking on the door in the morning before we even had to check out

Well worth the money.

Disliked: Pool opens at 8 am which is a little silly since most people want to get on the road early. Continental breakfast was pretty sad.

Liked: The blonde lady at front desk was not even close to friendly. She had an attitude and acted like I was bothering her when I arrived and she was folding laundry. When I ask her for a recommendation for a place close by to eat she has a such a bad attitude. She made a face at me and rolled her eyes.
Disliked: See above

Overall our stay was nice....

Liked: Perfect location, for our halfway stop to Arkansas. It was clean, staff were friendly
Disliked: Disappointed that the ice machine and the vending machine were not working on the 3rd floor. TV was not able to stream from the available apps provided
