Quality Inn Lebanon - Nashville Area

Canceled without notification

Liked: I don't know what I would have liked or disliked because my stay was evidently canceled without my knowledge. The Quality Inn blamed booking.com and booking.com supposedly called them to accommodate me. I received an email from booking.com that the hotel could not accommodate me, and I needed to find another place to stay. Granted, this was the day of our stay. We just opted to drive the 3 hrs back to our camper on the lake and sleep before driving home the next day.
Disliked: Shame on booking.com and the property for lack of communication leaving the consumer in the cold!!! The property stated that they have cut all ties with booking.com so buyer beware before booking here.

Comfortable and easy

Liked: Free breakfast

Liked: Complimentary breakfast was great, plenty to chose from, always fresh and hot, love the waffle maker.
Disliked: did not tidy our rooms or bring us fresh towels, or empty trash. I had to go get towels and empty trash myself.

Gonna save for future trips

Liked: The breakfast on site was great, plenty of options to choice from. Close enough to the highway to get to travel destinations easy, but far enough back that traffic getting in and out was not a problem.

Liked: Typical highway motel, but very clean and comfortable. Good facilities. Friendly staff.

Great location at a great...

Liked: Friendly, helpful staff. Clean, comfortable room. Convenient location. Great price.
Disliked: Totally adequate.

Bad

Liked: They did not accept my reservation with Booking.com

Do not book through booking.com

Liked: Great hotel, in a great location, with clean room and friendly staff. Breakfast was excellent
Disliked: Booking.com reservation was not honored had to book at hotel at a higher rate, property no longer participates in booking.com but booking.com will not remove property even after calling the hotel themselves to confirm. Thankfully they still had a room available.

Pleasant

Liked: Great location off the highway without the traffic noise.
Disliked: No longer works with Booking.com so they would not honor our reservation.
