Quality Inn Klamath Falls - Crater Lake Gateway

Liked: Nice place to stay and would stay there again.

Good

Liked: Needed a room last minute, they had one available, it was comfortable and conveniently located.
Disliked: The floor in the bathroom was kind of gross but for the most part it wasn't too bad.

Good location if you’re visiting...

Liked: Good location to Downtown, an hour away from Crater Lake National Park!
Disliked: Spiders under the bed and in the room! No ice machine on property

Disappointing

Disliked: Check-in staff was great, but the chec out ady was not professional. Lots of bug outside the door, and some can get in if not careful going in and out of the room in the morning.

This place was not that...

Liked: The indoor pool.
Disliked: All the bugs in the room and outside the room was the worst, the location, parking wasn’t great, ice machine never had ice in it, the rooms were way smaller than what the picture showed (very deceiving), and continental breakfast didn’t have much option.

Liked: Breakfast was good but the room too small
Disliked: Our microwave didn’t work and I mentioned it to front desk and nobody came to look at it

Worked out fine

Liked: check-in clerk very pleasant and efficient.
Disliked: I had a downstairs room and the guest above me was noisy until after 11 pm. The room was not soundproof. Also, the continental breakfast was very minimal. No fruit, no proteins (except boiled eggs). I couldn't find anything to eat.

A 4 hour trip to...

Disliked: When I checked in early to be sure my reservation was secured the office person informed me that she couldn't find it anywhere so we left to look for another room... eventually driving into California 100 miles away to get one. I contacted Booking.com that night to look into it making sure I wasn't charged for a 'missed' reservation. It was resolved... I think the next day. We'll see?????
