Liked: The rooms are clean and smell clean. Housekeeping was very helpful with our needs, even though we didn't have them clean our rooms every day . People at the front desk were very helpful with extending our stay, keeping our room the same. The breakfast area was clean, and they kept the food filled. It is a continental breakfast, but it had plenty to choose from. Great price. We would deffenety stay there again .
Disliked: It isn't a new hotel, but it is kept up well. The only thing that was wrong was the bathroom door was tight to shut, but that is from the humidity. The rooms are a little dark. Also needs built in phone charging plugins.

Liked: The water pressure in bathroom sink was very, very poor little more than a very weak stream. Other than that everything was fine. Very good coffee in the am.

Liked: After I checked in I didn't have to deal with the rude and inattentive staff.
Disliked: Housekeeping came into the room after the first day, did not clean the room but helped themselves to our snacks and stole a phone charger. At check in the desk clerk was rude when I said we were having to use a different payment method because of an error on our part that couldn't be corrected right away and then proceed to argue with me about being charged the entire fee upfront not just for incidental as we usually are. Breakfast offered was limited and cold. Staff was never around at front desk for assistance

Disliked: Room was dirty and stained window was broke soap was empty. Staff wasn't present when needed at the desk had to call the hotel to get their attention

Pleasant

Liked: The check in person (pm) was not pleasant, However the morning staff was very nice. The biggest comment I have about this particular stay, somehow when booking, we got registered at a different location than the one we were at. When calling, the manager had no issues of cancelling and not charging us so we could re book at the desired location. Also sending me an email to confirm the no charge cancellation. Thank-you!
