Disliked: I don't like that the shower wasn't clean the bed had stains and it smelled like cigarettes when we walked in

Liked: Good location, right by the falls.
Disliked: I stayed here just a few nights before in a king room and it was great. This time I stayed in a double bed room on the top floor. The door had a gap at the bottom, had to use a towel to block the breeze. The shower or tap drained so slowly, there was dirty hand prints on the ceiling and the room just didn’t feel very looked after.

Bad

Liked: This property is nothing like the photos. I was able to check in at 3:00PM and went to check in at 11:30PM. After I checked in and paid, I was told that there would be someone cleaning my room. Walked to my room and sure enough someone else was in my room. Left immediately and checked into a different hotel. I am very disappointed and was scared as a woman traveling with another woman.
