Quality Inn I-10 East Near AT&T Center

The breakfast could be better; it needs more staff. I repeat, the room is OK, even very good, but you need another face at the reception.

Disliked: The treatment by the receptionist was regrettable - apathetic.

Liked: Location, very friendly staff, easy check in and out, clean room and very comfortable beds.
Disliked: The coffee maker did not work in the room but other than that everything was fine.

My quality stay

Liked: I liked where is located very easy to find and very close to where I needed to be. The staff was great even though we had some language barrier because I speak mostly Spanish but he was great and friendly.
Disliked: There was coffee but no waters usually where i stay there is a couple waters for the morning coffee

Not a good experience.

Liked: It wasn’t great. The room had a stale smell so we decided to check out and go back home.
