Quality Inn Homewood

Loved it.

Liked: Everything.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: Everything was great - rooms were very clean.

Disliked: The room was a bit run-down.

Disliked: The room had roaches, dirty chairs smelled clean was horrible from the time you step in the lobby until the time I made it in the room the pictures on the brochure is nothing like the actual place

Liked: The location was good.
Disliked: Dirty, smelled like smoke, carpet and bed were nasty.

Disliked: Lack of housekeeping services; being told to wait for the next day when I requested. No service for 3 out of the 4 day stay. Lack of breakfast and water in the morning.

Disliked: Door needs to be painted. Furniture looks like it came from a rummage sale. Sink stopped up, floor dirty, brown bug on my bed and in the bathtub. Needless to say, we did not stay the full time we booked.

Liked: Only thing good about this hotal was the lady checking us in was nice.
Disliked: IF we could have left we would have but we needed to take a shower and get to where we were going for the night. The room was disgusting. Also there were people dealing drugs out of the 1st floor in the back. I wish I could post pics of the room on here

Disliked: I waisted coffee in my bed on night 2 informed housekeeping when I got more towels and they never came back to change them. That took place every day for 6 nights 7 days..

Liked: Continental brkfst was a 0. No coffee cups, no waffle batter, no bagels, no breads, no fruit, empty cereal dispenser the other had older cheerios., and an almost empty milk container. We werent late , Breakfast at 8am. Asked for non smoking,got smoke r
Disliked: The whole experience. Door locks were shaken/loose/did not work properly
