Liked: Excellent location. Good size room. Comfortable bed.
Disliked: Unfortunately hot water only lasted about a minute or two in shower.

Liked: Warm, comfortable room, spacious and perfect for a small family or couple. Excellent proximity to all the local attractions of Ballarat - lots of coffee shops! Just superb.
Disliked: Parking a little tight but still fine!

Liked: My Queen room was extremely spacious and beautifully appointed. I loved that in addition to the normal tea supplies, there was also a teapot and extra milk ❤. The location is fantastic and I really appreciated the secure off-street parking. Hosts were excellent, a pleasure to meet and spot on with food recommendations for breakfast! This will now be my go to accommodation when I return to Ballarat.
Disliked: Nothing to not like, everything was great.
