Disliked: The building needs many updates. The pool is out of service and some of the appliances were rusted or in bad shape.

Liked: The location was good.
Disliked: We didn’t like the customer service, the room was dirty and with bugs in our bed. TV wasn’t working and the room it self look really poor. This is by far the worst experience that I have .

No good to stay

Liked: Good and very closer to baseball parks.
Disliked: We have between 5 other family’s 5 rooms and we found and was bite by BEDS BUGS in 3 of the rooms! A lot of Marihuana smell (cops came to the hotel because of that) the staff was very nice and try to help! They need to change and fix bathtub, toilet! And the table was almost broken so we move it to avoid any accidents! In the bed bugs I left a scheenshot so you can see the time and day! It was on the hotel on our stay!

Disliked: The room LooKED clean but after you start looking around there was trash under the bed behind the dresser. The shower bar was broke and rusted. We went there in Aug so it was HOT and our a.c. in the room keep resetting it's self to 75. House keeping took our towels and wash cloths and never gave us any glad we only had to stay 2 days and we were o my at the hotel to sleep

Disliked: I am extremely livid the night before our day was 10 we were kicked out of the room by the whole the local police tired of that we can meet a couple of complaints regarding status of the room being unclean the toilet being clogged and asking for a plunger the telephone being broken unusual we asked Our Guest laundry was told yes but you have to drop it at the front desk and they would wash it folded in dryer for a $15 fee so we took a load to them and got a pile in a basket back my wife taking a shower in the morning before we love what's the scalding because the temperature on your shower want from comfortable to enough to burn your skin don't stay here they also have roaches bed bugs when we I still have the room vacuum and the linens on the bed change she said she would take care of it while we were gone we came back from eating breakfast that Ford was still not on vacuum and there are no pillow cases on the bed I'm around Eastern Standard time we had a knock at the door while we were eating our dinner it was the local sheriff's department tell me who's the managers after I wanted to talk to you about everything and get off their property so be careful at your own risk if you complain about a problem to the room you could be asked you to tell you by the local
