Liked: Location; helpful and efficient staff.

No WIFI in room - tech was not able to fix the problem. Keypad on door closest to our room did not work. Hallways were dirty. Our room had cobwebs on the wall. Desk lamp was missing a light bulb. I did not feel safe in this area of Harrisburg. Would not stay here again. Price was also very high for what we got. Rooms also had a smell of mold.

Liked: I booked online and made reservations! When I arrived to( check in I was told I had to pay 12.00 for parking that was not disclosed in the information I received and I also was charged 30.00 extra for checking in 2 hours early! I didn't stay for the whole night! My boyfriend and I literally only stayed for 2 hours! The room wasn't too bad but walking to the room was extremely hot in hallways like a sauna! I definitely won't return and the lady at the front desk was being rude! I do not recommend!

Liked: Nothing at all. The place was hot and smelled of urine every room had something broken. The braider is a joke and the manager was extremely rude and inappropriate.
Disliked: I was completely disgusted by the smell. I moved rooms more than one and the locks were broken on every door. The phones either didn’t work in the rooms or there wasn’t one. The vending machine kept my money and they would not reimburse me. The whole place smelled foul. The staff was rude. It was hot as balls.lI was completely disgusted by the smell. And I parked somewhere else and took an Uber Uber to the hotel because they will try to charge you $12 a night just to park in the parking lot of the places you’re paying to stay while they give you $100 deposit that they make you wait hours to get back unless you put it on your card

Disappointed, will never be back

Liked: The room was mostly quiet and did not have a strong smell.
Disliked: The door looked like it was previously kicked in. Our keys kept messing up and stopped working multiple times. The breakfast bar was horrible and not like it is pictured. There was a type of cereal, a waffle maker that was empty until I had to force a staff to get it filled, warm juice, and some yogurt. Could do with some toast and bagels with some jam. They gave us 1 washcloth for 2 people in the room. There was no room service to remake the bed or refresh the towels since we were out all day long at Hershey park. A neighboring room had a horribly yappy dog that barked in the early hours of the morning. The chair in the room was horribly stained, the office chair was badly ripped and the outlet next to the bed had a prong stuck in it and was unusable. Also the hallways was incredibly hot and stuffy and smelled like mildew because if improper ventilation and all the acs running.
