Quality Inn Greeneville

No problems, except my wallet...

Liked: Breakfast and location fine.
Disliked: Too expensive for this level of hotel.

Liked: The location was nearby a lot of food places and stores.
Disliked: Noisy neighbor and the staff came knocking at the door 2 minutes past 11am I felt rushed I was packing up finna head out but they knocked 4 times rushing me

Liked: Location and cost
Disliked: Being a well used hotel, it needs to be cleaned better. Our feet were black on the bottom after walking around in the room the previous night. The floor was not carpet but the solid flooring planks. It was pretty and had the look of hardwood. But really our feet were black. I think it needs a good mopping or steaming.

Liked: Very friendly staff, Perfect location For the visit to the college

Liked: The room was clean. The pool is nonexistent. Breakfast was terrible. The coffee was water with a little coffee mixed in. Paid more through booking.com than I would going directly through the property.

Disliked: Property needs renovation/updating. Rooms were super small, compared to other Quality inns.Breakfast was bad, everything was cold, juice machine was broken, no cold milk. Refrigerator Broke. Very limited selections.Not the quality I have come to expect from Quality Inn.Room was definitely over priced. Would not stay there again

Disliked: Chocolate donuts would have been nice at breakfast.Bacon with the waffles would have been nice.
