Disliked: The staff was terrible -Patel. He should not be in customer service. Whether you book directly or through 3rd party, you should not have hidden charges or be harassed when you check in. Very unprofessional.

Extremely disappointing. I won't be staying again. I'll stay in another town next time.
Liked: Breakfast bar was awful. The apples looked like they had been there for a month and it was virtually empty on our first Morning. had to call for an absentee front desk clerk 4 times before he answered. Had no idea where he was. The desk clerk at check in was the only good thing about my stay. She was great!
Disliked: Had to be moved to a new room 5 times due to issues with the room on the day of arrival. Dirty toilet in first room. Locks didn't work on another room. Backed up sewer into tub in another room. It was disappointing and exhausting moving from room to room so many times after driving for 9 hours.
