Disliked: Breakfast is no longer offered in the times of Covid-19, instead a to go bag is available. This information should be let known to customers when booking. I found out upon check in. I was surprised to return to a dirty room. Beds were unmade and towels were not replaced.. Again, if this service has been modified because of the times we are living in, customers should know ahead of time.

Liked: Covid closed pool and breakfast
Disliked: Full size beds are just so much smaller than what we are used to, but we knew that going in.

Liked: Convenient to get to and easy check in.
Disliked: The first room I was given I went to take a shower and as soon as I pulled the shower curtain the rod came tumbling down as it was not secured in the wall. I called and she had me switch to the next room over. After I got settled for the second time I again went to take a shower only to find out the temperature regulator was broken and you only got scalding hot water or ice cold. It was already 10:30 and I had driven all day so I just called it a defeat and went to bed. When checking out in the morning I told the front desk about all of the issues and I was just told thanks for staying. Since a hotel should provide a bed and a hot shower and I only got one of the two I was expecting at least a little bit of a refund, but nothing was offered. I will be reaching out to Choice Hotels to see if we can figure something out.
