The Quality Inn hotel is directly off Interstate 75 and centrally located in downtown Gaylord within walking distance of several local restaurants bars and unique shopping experiences. The Gaylord-Otsego County Airport is only one mile away. This hotel is also close to popular points of interest including Boyne Mountain Call of the Wild Museum Treetops and Garland golf resorts Otsego Lake and Otsego Club ski area. Gaylord is well known for its many world-class golf courses and is known as Golf Mecca. Many Golf Mecca courses are within 45 minutes of the hotel. The hotel offers customized golf packages at any of the local mecca courses. There are 400 miles of groomed snowmobile trails surrounding Gaylord that are directly accessible from the hotel. Disappointing

Liked: breakfast was ok

NEVER AGAIN .

Liked: Didn't have breakfast there
Disliked: Well when I was given a room where the back of the electronic door lock was hanging on, I was not impressed and when I told the desk clerk she was not really concerned and said she didn't think it would matter. I told her I wanted another room or my $back so I could stay elsewhere....she changed my room but I will NEVER book there again. What a disappointment, it was clear the room hadn't been cleaned properly, baseboards were missing, DO NOT RECCOMEND.

Run down, but great

Liked: Spacious room, 2 queen beds. Nice bathroom. The breakfast is OK. This hotel has a lot of potential. It is run down, but the rooms are large and comfy. With some renovation, it can become the best hotel around. It was quite at night too. There is a pool as well. Spacious parking.
Disliked: The deadbolt on the door wasn't working. It needs renovation.

Liked: Location was within 5 blocks of my destination.
Disliked: Hall was dirty. Dirty linen left in hall and carpet was filthy. Chain lock on doors had be busted off. Room an bath was clean though. Picture of Hotel must have been taken many years ago.

Liked: Low price
Disliked: There is NO ELEVATOR for guests. Hauling luggage up the tall flight of stairs is not easy for me and my old knees. The online info should flag this as having NO ELEVATOR so people like me could avoid it.
