Disappointing

Liked: Run down, front door not secure. Coffee maker not working, no coffee in lobby didn't see breakfast. Way over charged for one night

Disliked: Dirty no tv requested 1st floor room due to wife having hip surgery no elevator got 2nd floor room had to carry wife up stairs after 3 different rooms

Disliked: impatient with clients coming in to get a room. a refund we sent back to me due to me taking too long to get the other half of the bill for room. I happened to have an issue with my bank , and unforseen circumstances. was able to pay for the room like not even an hour later, but that was soooo rude to tell me that im taking to long and she gave me refund when i didnt ask for it .

Disliked: The door didn’t lock The cable didn’t work The TV didn’t work or plugged in the wallThe smoke alarm was in the drawer For the price of the hotel and the quality of the room was not up to standard And I ask for kind of compensation and they said they couldn’t accommodate me. I will never stay at another Quality Inn

Air conditioner would pop through...

Liked: The property itself was decent. Hardly any noise in the area. The room on the other hand needs upgrading or just plain maintenance. Restroom light never worked(turned on). The bedding had stains from previous visits. And the door had no battery cover
