Liked: Location is convenient.
Disliked: Bathrooms need work, no tiles, dirty wall near shower. Simple things xam be easily fixed.

Liked: Very sparse breakfast options. More of a continental breakfast.
Disliked: Our room was very wet feeling and smelled like smoke even though it was supposed to be a non-smoking room. The person at check in said they didn't have any other rooms open for us to move to except a suite, but I would be charged extra for that. She put an odor machine in the room for 20 minutes which helped a little, but the room smelled and was damp all night.

The location is great being...

Liked: We did indeed have a free breakfast -- packaged breakfast egg, cheese and sausage sandwiches -- yogurt -- cold cereal -- and a waffle iron with waffle batter. The hotel and our room was recently renovated and very nicely updated.
Disliked: If I had had my wish, there would have been fresh eggs and the ability to make toast, but cannot really complain as we did have a free breakfast!
