Disliked: fire alarm went off at 3am, shower head looked loose, floors were stained in 2 different places, but for the “price” it was okay.

Pros and cons

Liked: The staff was very friendly at least checking in. I cannot find anyone though when checking out to hand over my keys. The location is great and it has a breakfast but I did not try it. The parking is safe. And the place has a lot of potential if management took care of some other issues which I'll mention.
Disliked: First when I walked in the room it was extremely humid and they brought in a dehumidifier previously but it was filled up to the top and not working. When I pulled the sheets back there was hair under the sheets and they should probably retire the sheets that were on there because they were stained. I looked at the mattress and it was something you would find by the curb in the sense of the stitches are ripped and it looked like it came straight out of a home from the '80s and it felt like it too laying on it. The carpet, walls and doors need a good wipe down. The floors of the elevator are sticky. Overall it's a cleanliness issue.I kept smelling a strange smell while in my bed and I could not figure out where it was coming from and no it wasn't me. I think some type of smell was permeated in the mattress. The shower tub has been permanently stained and needs to be replaced. I get it, they have a huge amount of turnover but it doesn't mean we should have these type of problems. It was not horrible enough though where I needed to take pictures therefore I did not have any pictures to upload.

Liked: The location
Disliked: The property was not as advertised in the pictures and the carpet in our room was HORRIBLE! We asked for another room and The lamp shades were rusted and there was no air circulating giving the facility a musty smell. I would not recommend to anyone until updates and deep cleaning is done. The hall carpets looked like they have not been cleaned in 30 years. It was unacceptable!
