Worst experience EVER!

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Bad host /owner / GM. He played all the roles. He was a Liar, a per se thief, and all around snakey character. Bad customer service, no hot water one day. Contractor right outside the door while I was trying to sleep. Had to change rooms, no heat in it he did replace it with an old machine. Wouldn't trust that guy with a imaginary friend. Worst place I'll ever stay.

It served its purpose for...

Liked: I did get a good rate online. The old Frontier was familiar property. Use to attend all you can eat fish fry.
Disliked: The hallways and some of the common areas wasn’t maintained. Look like there was tiles missing in the ceiling. It was drab and old. The breakfast was ok, but they didn’t have eggs. The room was not pleasant to sit down and eat. It appeared most people took their food back to their room.

Liked: The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: There was black gunk on the heating unit, and the shower never warmed up. A chilly morning shower in winter in Iowa is not a great way to start the day.

Dirty Room

Liked: Staff was great.
Disliked: Hall ways filthy. Room was dirty, Tub was dirty. Drain in bathtub was slow. Had a maintenance guy knock on our door ( didn't ask for one) and yell at us because we wouldn't let him in. Checking out, Lady at the counter told us she would take care of it, never contacted back. Worst hotel we have ever stayed at.
