Liked: the room smelled really bad and the out side had broken glass every where the staff were rude

Good room, bad breakfast

Liked: The staff was kind, and changed the room when we asked for it because a bad smell. There was a small pool and jakuzzi. The room was clean and big enough.
Disliked: The breakfast was terrible, only sweets were available: pancakes with jam.

Liked: The comfy bed and double shower head.
Disliked: The shower was only partially handicap accessible, didn't have any shelves or caddy to put bathing items, faucet was put in upside down, and had no handlebars. Not enough bath towels and they were gray, not white like they were supposed to be; they were likely dirty.

Liked: I like the rooms and the cleanliness. I also like that they have a microwave and a refrigerator.
Disliked: I didn't like the reservation process.

Pleasant

Liked: The staff was very kind. Especially if you become a regular. Very comfortable beds. Has a luxury vibe to it, not bad at all.
Disliked: I can tell they are in the process of eliminating the pest. So I just hope it's successful eventually. Not as many as before but they come out because they had to put something down to get rid, so I know it's a process.
