Disappointing

Liked: It was quiet.
Disliked: Lobby and room was heavily scented in sweet air freshner. Overpowering. Carpets were old and worn. Floors were either stained or just dirty. Would have gone to another hotel if I hadn't already checked in. Will never stay there again.

Liked: Absolutely nothing. It was a horrible experience in every way.
Disliked: Too many things. First checking in and being told I didnt have a room despite having a reservation. Then after serious arguing being put in a room with my children that was filthy and smelled very strongly like weed. So much more to say.

Liked: Proximity to the highway, easy access to side roads
Disliked: We rented 2 rooms. Bathroom wallpaper coming off. Discolored (mildew?) spots on walls & pictures. Tub wouldn't turn off completely. One room had no remote, TV didn't work in the other. Front staff "lost" the key for the lobby restroom but saw them use it.

Never again!

Liked: The convenience to the highways, the cleanliness of the lobby and breakfast area. The mattresses were decent in comfort.
Disliked: The room was not cleaned or tidied up during my stay even after several requests were made. The drapes were falling from the rod and they were very dirty, both chairs in the room were very very filthy. We had to cover them with linens to sit on them. The armchair needs to be disposed of (TRASHES)! The tub/shower was very dirty with rust and/or mold around the rim, the tub and the sink had a very slow drain which was an indication of clogging! We had to shower in standing water (GROSS). The towels had stains. Garbage and old food wrappers were left behind the night table. Our garbage, which included food containers) were not picked up during our entire stay! The carpet throughout the first floor of the facility was dirty, old and filthy and smelled awful! Some of the staff had a very nasty (I DON’T WANT TO BE HERE) attitude. Needless to say, NEVER AGAIN!! One good thing: the refrigerator was cold (which is rare)!
