Liked: Clean for the most part ants all over breakfast station
Disliked: Breakfast doesn’t end till 10 everything was empty by 9, people having cookouts blocking entrances

Go anywhere else? Not money...

Liked: AC worked wonders especially when it was hot outside (105), And was able to keep room very comfortable.
Disliked: There was no cold water in the shower at all, so if you like to boil like a shrimp this is your place! However if its 105 outside and your looking for a cold shower, good luck this is NOT it.Hallways can get hot and HUMID LIKE A SAUNA, and pool was dirty and cloudy.

Disliked: Was woke up at 7:30 am by another person that had a key to our room going through our belongings saying they had stayed in that room looking for her purse. She was apparently confused. She told them the wrong room number. They could have accompanied her to the room to make sure it was the right one. But when u are awaken with an unknown person standing in ur room you kinda wanna know what the hell is going on. When I went downstairs to let them know what happened all they could do was say Sorry! What if the person they gave the key to was up to no good. It could have ended very badly. The front desk told me we knew it was your room. Then why the hell give that lady a key. Rant over I guess. Just could have been a very bad ordeal.

Liked: The staff was ok. There was somewhat of a conference room on the main floor. It is funny though, how they just enclosed the space between two buildings to make that happen and all the room AC units blew hot air out into that large room. That may have been a contributing factor to the main floor and hallways being uncomfortably warm. They did have waffles in the morning. The rest of the food was somewhat lacking in my opinion. Room fridge and microwave worked.
Disliked: The property looked nothing like the photos! Building was hot. The hallways were hot. 78degrees. That was on all floors. In my first room the AC was not working and the room was hot and sticky feeling. Second room they gave us, the AC was blowing cool but the room was still warm. Took most of the night to cool down. The toilet didn't flush well, the shower head was not adjustable and almost fell off when trying to adjust it so it didn't spray up half of the back wall. The hair dryer didn't work and we asked for a spare so my wife could dry her hair; never got one. There was no fresh air being introduced to the building but the vent in the bathroom was sucking all the air out of the room (probably why we couldn't get the room cooled down). The gap around the door was enough that I could stick a butter knife between the jamb and the door down near the floor; the top edge of the door was better but still had light shining through it! Like it was barely held closed. This is another reason the room was probably warm; the hot hallway air was being sucked into the room by the exhaust vent from the bathroom). There was a gap around the window curtains (shown in picture) which might not have been too bad except that there were stadium bright lights for the parking lot which shined through the massive expanse between the curtain and the wall right onto the head of both beds. I had to find tape and stuff to close this off so we could sleep.We lost power in the room twice. There were outlets on the lamp that I would normally use to charge my phone, but only one of them worked. The other one acted like it had a short in it. The towel rack by the sink had a pair of earplugs hanging on it when I came in! I mean did they clean the room? Change the towels? Wipe anything down? We will never know. There was ice in the main floor ice machine, but the other floors either didn't have one or they weren't working.

Disliked: Pool out of order, air conditioner and refrigerator did not work in first room, flooring dirty, whole facility needs new paint, not as pictured on booking.com, air conditioner not on in lobby, did not stay, canceled booking.

Liked: Beds were comfortable and rooms were clean this visit.
Disliked: We were not told ahead of time at booking that the pool was closed. Did not find out until we got there. Had no access to get plates or plastic silverware unless it was at breakfast.
