Good

Liked: The buffet was excellent in the service. The pool and hot tub area was clean customer service was excellent.
Disliked: In the bathtub there was black long stringy hair hanging on the walls in the bathtub. In the winter time you need a bigger place to change clothes after going swimming.

Disliked: Everything seems to be going down hill compared to last spring when last we stayed. Restaurant food was not very good and quite luke warm. Breakfast options were reduced and quality was down.

The best outdoor corridor Hotel...

Liked: I stayed here because this hotel had a very nice jacuzzi and a sauna and it was all working and did not close till 11:00 p.m. wonderful hours wonderful atmosphere in the garden it was very satisfying.
Disliked: The only thing I didn't like which I'm sure this hotel could not help is that the rooms are located outside so it is an outside Corridor not an inside corridor but our room was actually in the inner Courtyard which was still pretty cool because it was close to the garden Pool Spa and sauna area.

probably would not stay here...

Liked: fairly clean
Disliked: traffic was so congested on this corner it was impossible to get in & out of for dinner

Family visit

Liked: We really enjoyed the indoor pool, our grandkids played in the evenings and it helped settle them down. The breakfast was good and the staff was very pleasant to talk to.
Disliked: The street location made it a letter harder to get out during busy times. There was no menu in the rooms for the restaurant and u couldn't take the breakfast back to the room but neither would keep us from coming back
