Disliked: No WiFi as promised, no breakfast as promised, they didn’t even no I was coming , they couldn’t find my booking, Rick was very sorry and apologised, apparently the hotel management has gone , I have no idea who’s running this hotel bug it’s bad , my plug sockets didnt work , I so upset I would like my money back , I’m very disappointed, I f don’t think I’ll trust booking.com again

Liked: The room itself was okay
Disliked: Breakfast was bad, coffee was terrible, old carpets, smelled like something old, staff was not welcoming, water in the shower was not hot enough and the temperature of it changed from lukewarm to warm

Liked: Nothing.except for the location was convenient
Disliked: It was nothing like the picture.the facility needs serious renovation.first room they provided was not clean,the vent was making noise, it was stinky and lastly many of the lights were out. 2nd room was decent but still dirty. Breakfast was not good as well. Overpriced for what we got as service and stay.

Liked: Nothing. It is DIRTY! The rooms (they moved us 3 times, were all very dirty and have not even been cleaned. The first room had dirty towels everywhere and the room hasn’t been cleaned. The second room had condoms in the trash bin and the bed sheet unchanged from previous guest, the third room appeared clean but on looking closer the ameneties and overall standard were bad. The tap in the bathroom was covered in scum, the bathroom tiles were loose, the carpet smelt of urine. I can go on……
Disliked: Everything. From the moment I walked toward the front door, it raised alarm bells and red flags.

Disliked: Not worth the money it’s in terrible condition and run down. The rooms and the bathroom was dirty

Liked: Nothing. From the moment we got there the stay was a disaster. Groups of people smoking cannabis outside the hotel when you arrive. The person on reception was so rude and unhelpful. Didn’t even bother to make conversation. We was sent to a room which wasn’t cleaned, stained bedding and towels. Strong odour in the hotel which I cannot even begin to describe
Disliked: Reception staffs attitude was appalling. Hotel has a very unpleasant smell, rooms are even worse. Rooms appear nothing like presented on the photographs. Cleanliness of our second room was still appalling, not even the bins were emptied from the previous guests. No help when complaining except a shrug of the shoulders.
