Pleasant - 3 out of 5

Virginia G, Prentiss, visiting Downtown Mobile Tue, 20 January 2015

Disliked: Room key was replaced 3 times; smoke alarm went off when I turned the heater on. The staff was very helpful; the evening young lady moved me to another room and was very helpful in our stay - you have a great employee in her. The hotel is in a great location - we went to a convention in the Mobile Convention Center, which is an easy walk. We would stay again.

Very good

Liked: Location.
Disliked: WiFi sucked. It only had a 2 mbps speed where standard home WiFi broadband has 50 mbps.

Poor - 1.2 out of 5

Lyndsay Sun, 15 March 2020

Very Disappointing

Liked: It was close proximity to where I needed to be for a wedding.
Disliked: Extremely unclean, bedsheets seemed dirty, very hot and muggy on the inside with the air set to 62.

Bad

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Room was dirty and not prepared. No working phone. No working elevator and we are on the sixth floor. Horrible smell of gasoline. Filthy/dangerous outside facilities including broken framing and glass. No manager response. I had to fetch my own ice bucket, linens and there was no microwave. They had to bring one up but all of this is ridiculous. Bed is horribly uncomfortable and the pool was absolutely disgusting.

AWEFUL

Liked: The room was EXTREMELY DIRTY. The walls were black with dirty. The Dresser was falling apart. The refrigerator was dirty. There was hair and food on the floor. Did not look like it had ever been swept. The room was uncomfortable. Would not suggest to anyone.
Disliked: The staff was rude. This is the second time that the cleaning staff was outside my room cussing while my children were in the room. Very unprofessional
