Disliked: Room confirmed was non smoking king. They gave me a double smoking room. The smell was terrible but i could not cancel as no other rooms in the area. TV did not work. Sheets were clean but nothing else was. Dead bugs (and a few live ones) in the room

Liked: The hotel was clean and updated. When I walked into the door, I could tell through both visual observation as well as smell that the hotel was very clean.
Disliked: N/A

Liked: The staff member at the front desk was excellent.
Disliked: Room 219 was dirty and had no heat. The staff member at the front desk moved me to 218 which was clean and had a working heating system .

Liked: location, continental breakfast was excellent
Disliked: mold on ceiling in shower, sticky carpet through out, no elevator, front desk person moderately uninterested in their job.

Liked: The staff were fantastic!!
Disliked: Empty pool was disappointing but not a big deal

Liked: The breakfast is really good. The rooms were really clean and the air conditioner work really well.
Disliked: The bad part was the pool was broken and not open.
