Quiet motel next to Crystal...

Liked: Pool was fantastic! Room ok, bath ok, Service was great : very polite and helpful. Breakfast typically US and until last minute everything available. All restaurants, shops, tours in short distance reachable.
Disliked: Humidity in the room was very high. A dehumidifier would help. The room was too dark, not enough light.

Needs improvement on breakfast

Liked: I would like for y'all to bring your breakfast back up to date with the sausage biscuits and the other biscuits that you were providing for your guests I wasn't very happy with the breakfast being served it needs to be improved I am definitely not satisfied
Disliked: The breakfast need to be improved as the only problem that I have needs to be brought up to date bring back the biscuits or something other than waffles and sausage

Do not book this hotel!...

Liked: The front desk lady Saturday night 08/31 was helpful, friendly and kind. The coffee was good and there were apples and yogurts.
Disliked: The rooms were dirty, there was hair and dust behind bathroom door. There was a ring of "mold" inside the tub. There were kids sleeping in the "reception " walking around with blankets over them when we walked in to have breakfast, and the front desk couch had pillows and blankets on it. Same kids, putting the food for the breakfast.

Liked: The lady at check in was very nice
Disliked: Our room has obvious damage that was poor repaired. Mine and my husband's eyes were burning. He is a mold inspector and he found mold on the ceiling around the tub. Tub didn't have a stopper for a bath. Door was extremely hard to open close. Ceiling stains and other damages were poorly repaired.

Liked: The staff are friendly and responsive.
Disliked: We usually get non smoking room but they didn't have none saying we booked smoking room and unable to change it. And the room smelled of a strong smoke odder as if they just smoked in room and through our our stay it lingered making all my clothes smell.
