Disliked: First room took my breath away when I opened the door. Went back to front desk and requested a different non smoking room. She told me they had been having problems with that room so she would go ahead and give me a different room. The second room smelled like they sprayed a bunch of odor control to cover up the smoke smell and there was a cigarette burn on bedspread. The lil bottles of shampoo and lotion had be used and the toilet was disgusting! When my husband packs up all our stuff and says we’re not staying here it is bad. He doesn’t like to carry stuff in and out!! It was difficult to get to speak to the manager. The girl at front desk did not want to call him. I had to ask 3 times. He said we would have to get a refund from booking.com. I sure hope we do!

Below average hotel

Liked: Was not pleased with the room the evening female desk clerk assigned my wife and I who are a over 65 retired couple, at the very back of the hotel right next to what turned out to be the rear outside access door with the complete door locating mechanism missing as if it were previously broken into providing entrance to anyone. I brought this to the attention of the night desk person (woman) who brushed it off saying “we have cameras”. No offer to move us to a better location away from the unlocked external door. In my opinion this hotel should not be allowed to be in operation until the rear door locking mechanism or door itself are replaced! This is a security issue which cameras are not going to prevent an intruder from gaining access to the via the poorly lit parking lot at the back door entrance to the hotel. Do not recommend staying here for your own safety.

Liked: The coffee wasnt weak snd the rooms were clean and the beds comfy!

Disliked: Room had a smell, toilet rocked and banged against wall, blood spot on bottom sheet, carpet putting up at bathroom transition, carpet looked super dingy or dirty, alarm bolted tonightstand, it randomly went off at 6 AM and I couldnt figure out how getoff

Disliked: No hot tub like the description said. Cable didn't working first room. Ac didn't work in second room. Trains blowing the horn all night long. House keeping woke me up at 830 am. Found half a cigar on the floor by the bed .
