Liked: They wouldn't take our forms if payment. Even tho they did it over the phone. Just because I didn't have the credit card used over the phone. Even tho companies pay for their workers with a company credit card over the phone. The only reason they rejected us is because in mentally ill And I'm not aware of my episodes. So they made up a rule to not let us in.

Our stay was convenient, comfortable and affordable but not as expected.

Liked: The location was great for us as we were visiting and reconnecting with a few family members at one time and this place was central to everybody. We also liked that breakfast was included and tend to book places that have it included (its never an absolute need but sometimes its nice to know the option is available). The beds were comfortable and for what we needed in an accommodation, it was affordable, the rooms were fine and staff was friendly.
Disliked: When we booked, the booking said breakfast was included. When we arrived to check in the front desk person gave to us and explained the coupons for 5.00 off breakfast the next morning for the on sight restaurant; which made us realize breakfast must not actually be included but just discounted. When we woke up, we were told the restaurant isnt open New Years Day Ultimately there was no free breakfast, no discounted breakfast or even the possibility of having breakfast at our hotel.
