Not the best, but satisfied...

Liked: The location of the property is fine and it is easy to get to with plenty of parking space.
Disliked: The railway freight traffic is heavy and noisy. People that smoke tend to congregate around the main entrance to the hotel. There is a very large contingent of homeless drug addicted vagrants in the area around the property. There is also a welfare center offering night shelter to the homeless on a first come first served basis which caused several shouting matches in the evenings.

Close to HSN Sudbury Hospital

Liked: Head a change in Doctors appointments the Front Desk Staff were able to accommodate my changes quickly and without concerns.
Disliked: The location is across the street from Sudburys' main rail yard. A bit loud at times. Otherwise a great stay.

We did not stay because...

Liked: Did not like anything about this location and the inability to contact someone at Booking.com by phone. Your site says your have 24 hr customer service but where is the phone number? You make it impossible to reach you. There was not hot water at this hotel and it was in an area where there is ahomeless shelter and there were homeless people on the hotel property and the parking lot was disgusting and all broken up. Felt like we were in the slums.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: not much. really...not condusive to a friendly atmosphere
Disliked: not much in warm/hot food options....where was the fresh fruit?

Liked: Perfect location, pet friendly, parking available. Many choices for breakfast, our kid loved the pancake machine☺️
Disliked: A bit too noisy, could hear people walking down the hall during the night. Unless you're too sensitive to this, it should be fine 🙃
