Cleanliness is not a priority!

Liked: Location was good.
Disliked: Cleanliness was not a priority and because it’s an animal friendly hotel, the smell of pet feces was absolutely terrible. Clearly never cleaned or maintained in order to keep the smell under control. The room was not as clean as it should be. No sheets or extra pillows for the couch pull out were provided in the room so I had to request. Breakfast was ok but again, cleanliness was not a priority.

No bugs allowed

Liked: There was a good 7 or 8 species of bugs and 2 shapes of larvae.lwst stay I ran late to check out. This time they disrupted my momentum.Absolutely npthing.

All in all its was...

Liked: Complimentary breakfast and pool
Disliked: The 3 hour power outage we experienced 05/24/2025 we arrived at the hotel at 8:45 pm it was a blackout we almost missed the entrance it was so dark. The front doors were locked we didn’t know what was going on until the front clerk let us in to start check in process I was frustrated
