My family could not wait...

Liked: I didn’t like anything about the property.
Disliked: There was mold on the ceiling in the shower, the pool was extremely dirty & had hair all in the water. I also saw what I thought to be a roach by the pool. There were no pool towels. There was only 2 towels in the bathroom. I was scared the eat the breakfast because of the bug and mold that I had seen. When we checked in the receptionist was extremely rude.

Liked: The location was good and the staff was very polite.
Disliked: The room i was in was not good the shower head was dripping for the two nights I was there. No one came to fix it and the smell of mold was in the room and the walls

Liked: Location close to our destination. Room was comfortable.
Disliked: Room could have been a bit cleaner. Bath mat was dirty underneath and looked like it may have been mold. Price compared to other like motels was much higher.

Liked: The convenient location from the highway
Disliked: We didn’t know there are No elevators in the hotel and we were given a room on the upper floor. I’m not able to do stairs due to knee issues. When I told the desk clerk, she said she was always surprised that people want elevators because she doesn’t like getting into them herself. I had to ask if there was a room on the ground level available The bathroom was subpar…. Moldy tub mat, dirt along baseboards. We hardly ever write negative comments, in fact we try to always find something positive in every place we stay. I’m afraid we won’t be staying at Quality Inns again. Sorry
