Happy return customers

Liked: Return customers after staying a few times now. always clean, helpful staff and are able to accommodate when we stay, even at Christmas time.
Disliked: unable to complain about anything. good value for money

Disliked: We couldn't get TV to work. Tissues ran out and no new packet

Would come back again

Liked: Staff were lovely, room was basic but very clean and bed was comfortable. Hotel was quiet
Disliked: Heater wasn’t on when we arrived but the room quickly warmed up once we turned the heater on

Comfortable but disappointing

Liked: The accommodation was perfect, very well insulated rooms
Disliked: After ringing the motel and confirming that their indoor pool was heated, our very disappointed children couldn't swim cause the pool was just like warm. The only reason we booked this motel was for the indoor heated pool
