Disliked: The room had bed bugs they moved us to 3 different rooms because there was different problems and the management refused to give us a refund and edited our stay

Health Risk to anyone. And...
Liked: Staff was kind and nice. Not much else to say.. good. Never told the young lady about how filthy it was. Did not find the filth till this morning when I woke up.
Disliked: Room was dirty, used condom in the floor, found lighter in the bed , TV did not work. Soap used in the shower with hair stuck to it. Shampoo and conditioner was used 1/2 bottle of each. Light in bedroom did not work. Health Hazard very disappointed in this stay
