Disliked: The front desk girl with the short Afro named “Abigail” is rude. She shrugged her shoulders and didn’t even look to try to see if other rooms were available (as it said online) after explaining to her a roach crawled across my bed while sleeping and I requested a room change. I walked around the hotel and seen vacant rooms so I don’t understand why she lied.

Liked: Doors had crack in bottom,each time I went to choice was not what I expected,may not go to any choice next time
Disliked: Bugs coming under door,tub not clean,bathroom door hard to close broken chair,socket need replacing,they always put us in a bad part of facility

Absolutely filthy and run down.

Liked: I didn’t even stay but the staff was very friendly and helpful
Disliked: The room and building was disgustingly and stunk. There were shoe prints and stains of some sort on the walls. The room smelled like body odor and mold. I couldn’t sleep there. I cancelled and paid for the night.

will probably repeat stay on...

Liked: breakfast better than most places. location hard to access due to traffic.
Disliked: would like to have more breakfast choices. having to wait for room inspection to receive deposit.
