Disliked: Where to start. The door knob was broken, the TV wasn't set up, the window was not only unlocked it was open, and the tub needs to be replaced it is nasty. Eggs were COLD.

Very nice staff, decently clean...

Liked: The staff was awesome when I was checking in - very energetic and helpful. TV was a smart TV so you can log into your own Netflix, etc. All appliances worked great. Location was surrounded by restaurants and shopping and right off 90.
Disliked: My room has carpet in it so the floors were stained a bit, but other than that it was clean. Faint odor in the room, which the AC helped with. Fitness center could use a new set of dumbbells.

Liked: It was easy to get to. They also refunded us our money when we said we weren’t comfortable staying due to the condition of the room.
Disliked: We found a cockroach in the room. There was also what looked like vomit on the floor. When I went to use the phone to call the front desk about this, the phone wasn’t working.

The room had black mold...

Disliked: Filthy

Disliked: Dirty. Had to switch rooms in the morning just to shower. Place smells like mold. Carpets dirty. Room dirty. Furniture dirty.

Wonderful staff, great location, loads...

Liked: The staff at this hotel were so wonderful. Kind and went out of their way to be helpful. Free breakfast was a plus too.
Disliked: It’s not a fancy hotel but that’s not the price point. Foe the price of this hotel is was really better than I expected.

Disliked: There were Cockroaches in my daughters room

Never Again

Liked: Nothing good to say about the property.
Disliked: I showered at 6am and I had hot water. My wife tried to shower at 7am but no hot water. Luke warm at 8am for a quick in/out shower. Tub was stained and dirty. Toilet tank cover missing replaced with a plastic cover. Carpet was dirty and worn, holes showing the concrete floor. Dead battery in remote for TV. Refrigerator in room smelled bad so we didn’t use it. The room itself had a musty smell and in need of some repairs. The night receptionist was able to replace batteries and the tape used has a battery compartment cover. In the morning no one was at the front desk to ask about the hot water because she was also preparing the free breakfast offered in between checking people out, could account for her poor attitude.

Liked: disappointing
Disliked: The room was disappointing -- dated -- obviously not maintained!! It was in bad shape-- as an example the tub looked like mold everywhere( I actually thought it was a tub mat but alas mold and stained!)I wouldn't have stepped a foot in it! as well as metal around lamps etc rust and mold--and rubbed off somewhat as was Imoist as I touched it to check . The toilet tissue dispenser almost came off in my hand as I changed the empty roll. It was hanging off the wall. The beds were made up with clean linens of course but no blanket anywhere . Had to jack up the heat for warmth. The whole place gave me the creeps! never stayed in any place like it before. YIKES!! Staff was very friendly however. It's not their fault! They were the redeeming feature I would say.
