Quality Inn Near Chico State

Liked: Room was very clean. Bed was extremely comfy. Noise level was low.

Awful

Liked: I liked that they offered breakfast.
Disliked: Filthy room with hairs all over the sheets (bedding had apparently not been changed from last guest) it looked like a mix of human and animal hair! empty tissue box in room upon arrival and bathroom was full of ants. The in room safe did not work. Loud air conditioner and noisy. Staff did not answer the phone when I tried getting help with these issues. the worst part was how dirty it was. Gross.

Very good

Liked: I have always loved having Schubert's Ice Cream accross the street. I grew up in Chico; so going to Schubert's is "being home". The facilities are always clean. The noise levels at night are usually acceptable. Parking can be a problem if the place is full, as it usually is.
Disliked: I have never been enamored of the breakfast. It is sufficient. But, for me, for the price, it's a little skimpy. Would like to see a more complete breakfast.I think your title of "near Chico State" is a little deceiving. Compared to other inns in the area , yours is not too far away. But it is about a 10 block walk to the closest parts of the campus from your place.
