Liked: Room was very clean. Bed was extremely comfy. Noise level was low.

Liked: Staff are always very kind and and helpful.
Disliked: Was very disappointed to be in a room facing a wall, no view at all and therefore room was very dark

Exceptional

Liked: The location was fine. Back in the day it was "iffy," but it has grown and changed. The hotel was very clean. Our host Poney and hostess were very friendly and efficient. We are going back there on our way home in a few days.

Disliked: There is nothing I did not like about the hotel, very clean, safe & supportive!

Quality Inn exceeded my expectations...

Liked: Great location for visiting Chico State, great breakfast, staff was so friendly and helpful, I can’t wait to book our next visit!

Disappointing

Liked: Location and cleanliness were great!
Disliked: Most importantly I had accidentally left my glasses (for vision) in the room because of rushing to check out, called to ask and after multiple times trying to get through I finally did and was told they had double checked and didn’t find them. I decided to go back before heading to SMF because I was close to getting a migraine from poor vision and the second I walked in the room they were laying right next to the bed, exactly where I asked them to check. Unfortunately I feel like they just assumed we wouldn't come back to check and if we hadn’t it would have been a big financial cost and a lot of discomfort until I got home 13 hours later. Also, as a diabetic it is notable that the “hot” in “hot breakfast” only means some waffle batter you can make some waffles with, as well as everything else being high in sugar/carbs. My son loved it, unfortunately not good for me though.

Liked: The breakfast room was clean and warm.
Disliked: There was water gurgling sound in the pipes the entire night, which makes it hard to sleep. I reported that issue to the front desk next morning. I was surprised that she told me that they were aware of that issue. She didn't offer any solutions at all.

Liked: I always feel safe at this location, staff is very accommodating and friendly
Disliked: Not the hotel's fault but had a few loud neighbors that kept me up the last couple nights
