Did not meet expectations!

Liked: Morning staff was very friendly!
Disliked: Room 108 right next to pool pump, which ran all the time, very loud in the evening! Fix the pump or don't rent out this room. Took 15 mins plus to register while the front desk gal was on the phone trying to resolve some registration issues. She was not talking to a customer! Hospitality 101 - the customer comes first!

Excellent staff

Liked: I had injured my knee on the way there and the gentleman at the front desk went out of his way to get me a room right by the entrance and arranged help to bring in my bags. I'm sorry I don't remember his name but he had a long white beard. Thank you for your help!
Disliked: Mattresses were way too soft

Liked: Staff friendly and accommodating
Disliked: Breakfast very poor, no protein all carbs, not accommodations for the diabetic. Front door does not work as it is a automatic sliding door that shouldn't be manually opened and closed guest.

Disliked: Parking lot was icy, front door wasn't working, no ice machine or soda machine.

Great customer service and room...

Liked: Didnʻt have the breakfast yet, but room was great with great amentities, bed was comfortableʻ slept like a log. Great location where we needed to be (5min away). Our second time staying there. We will be back.
Disliked: No dislikes at this time
