Disliked: Breakfast was nasty, the room was dirty, the pool was dirty, the staff was hard to locate.

Swedish traveler was very happy...

Liked: The morning staff were very helpful. For example I forgot my diabetes insulin in the fridge in my room. This medicine was of my absolute need during my 1.5 month of vacation in the USA, and I forgot it in the hotel on my second day. The staff took care of my insulin, we had to drive back for 1.5 hours and I was very happy for the service minded girl in the reception. The room has a fridge and a microwave Owen.
Disliked: Tre pool was out of order. There are improvements to be done regarding breakfast.

Our stay was very pleasant!

Liked: The breakfast was adequate and as expected.
Disliked: It would have been nice to have the pool open. It was closed for repair and painting so it will be in good shape next time!

Disliked: The pool was closed (main reason for booking the room was to use the pool/hot tub). Then they still charged us $40 to cancel our room

Room was very clean, just...

Liked: The desk person was very nice. Our room was very clean and set up well. They located us near a side door for our dog. Breakfast was good with good amount of choices.
Disliked: The hallways and building exterior could use a little more housekeeping, glass areas very smudged.

Liked: Front desk staff was friendly
Disliked: Pool and hot tub were closed and that's why we booked but thankfully we were able to cancel at no charge

We were happy to have...

Liked: Some items might have been out for too long and they were a bit stale, but it was nice to have a hot breakfast.
Disliked: Our beds were not queen sized as advertised. They were full sized beds. Also, I found a few items on the floor that had the room been properly vacuumed, I would not have discovered. The outer door lock to the facility was broken, and the doors locking function was not properly.

Deceptive pricing - don't honor...

Liked: It was very close to the airport and they have a shuttle. Those are about the only things.
Disliked: Expected much better …particularly when overcharged by them. I saw on my credit card site that I had been charged more than I was supposed to have been charged (per the receipt from the booking site I used). I sent them TWO messages through that same site. NO RESPONSES. I just got off the phone with them. The manager (the husband of the couple who live there and manage it) was basically like … too bad. Nothing he can do. Contact your credit card company (which I have done). What’s the point of having an agreed-upon price (totaled … inclusive of tax) if the hotel can just charge you whatever it wants?! When I accept to book a hotel reservation with a TOTAL PRICE of a certain amount, that is what I should be charged. And I should NOT have to repeatedly contact the hotel to try and resolve this situation. Pathetic customer service. This could’ve been handled MUCH BETTER by them. Reply to your customers. It’s the least you could do.

The establishment has a great location, close to the airport, but needs a few improvements.

Liked: The room was clean and spiffy. The location is excellent, close to Central Wisconsin Airport, which was our main reason for choosing this motel. The breakfast was good.
Disliked: It proved impossible to connect to the internet. Four or five connections for Quality Inn showed on my display, but all my attempts to connect to any of them were rejected or simply failed. The room had too little space and not enough racks for unpacking suitcases; I had to use the floor. It also proved difficult to adjust the shower to a comfortable temperature.
