This hotel was a miss...

Liked: The manager was very professional, informative and straightforward.
Disliked: When we arrived at our room it smelled like smoke although it was a non smoking room. My mother entered the bathroom and their was a roach or water bug on the wall. I went to report these issues to the lady at the front desk. She informed me that she would have to enter the room to inspect herself. Once she arrived in the room she treated us as if we were lying to her even after she saw the insect for herself. She did offer us another room but we totally dissatisfied with the hotel because of the previous issues and the room did not look at all like it was advertised. I asked that the charges not be put on my card since we had only been at the hotel for about 30 or 40 minutes before deciding to check out. Then the front clerk began to argue with me about how long we had been there. Then she called her manager and told me that they could not refund my money for that day but I wouldn't be charged for the next dayThe manager arrived and explained to me that I would have to be refunded for my day of arrival through booking.com and they couldn't provide me with any receipt for my time of checking in and out.The charge for both dates is now on my credit card even though we left about 45 minutes upon arrival.For what I can see this hotel is a hit and miss. My mother and I left and had a pleasant stay at the Holiday Inn across the street. Best wishes if you choose to stay at the Quality Inn. I hope that your experience is better than ours.

Ma's 95th

Liked: I loved the size of the room, the breakfast and the quietness.
Disliked: When we were putting our things in the truck, mind you the door was cracked and the cleaning person saw us walking back/forth. So she pushes the door open knowing we're in there and says oh I'm sorry then closes the door. Also there were stains on the sheets but they didn't see them until the next day.

Lovely place

Liked: The room was lovely and the bed was comfortable.
Disliked: Mostly the price and the air conditioner. The air conditioner only worked on very low temp.

Good

Liked: Staff was friendly and the place was clean.
Disliked: Bed was very uncomfortable and there was a stain on the couch that made us not want to sit down.

Liked: This continental breakfast was definitely a highlight, a little bit for every person’s desire. I was a little bit disappointed there was no honey for my waffle, I cannot have syrup, plain or sugar free, it gives me an instant headache but the strawberry jelly worked fine.
Disliked: The bathroom was a little small, it worked for us but if you were of a larger size it would have been very difficult to maneuver in.
