Disliked: The noise in the courtyard.

Older hotel, cleaning needs better...

Liked: Hot waffle maker, in room coffee.
Disliked: Wall in room had dead bugs on Wall. Dead bugs behind TV.

COMFORTABLE ROOM BUT NOT HAPPY...

Liked: SHOWER AND BATH WERE NICE AND LARGE. NO NOISE FROM STREET WITH A BEAUTIFUL VIEW. BED VERY COMFORTABLE AND NOT ONE THAT WAS HIGH OFF THE FLOOR. POOL LOOKED CLEAN AND INVITING BUT DUE TO A MEDICAL PROCEEDURE I WAS UNABLE TO UTILIE IT.
Disliked: THE PARKING LOT AROUND THE BUILDING WAS TERRIBLE WITH MANY RUTS AND POT HOLES. PEOPLE COMING FOR BREAKFAST AFTER 8:15 DID NOT HAVE ENOUGH SYRUP, WAFFLE BATTER, MUFFINS (TOAST) OR NAPKINS. ATTENDANT TRIED TO GET INTO THE CABINETS TO GET SUPPLIES BUT NONE OF THE KEYS WOULD WORK, AND THEY DID NOT REFILL ANY ITEMS THAT WERE LOW. A FAMILY OF 5 KIDS AND PARENTS HAD TO CUT THINGS IN HALF JUST TO GET SOMETHING FOR EACH OF THE CHILDREN TO EAT. I WAS ABLE TO DAIN OUT A LITTLE SYRUP FROM THE CONTINER AND SHARED IT WITH TWO FAMILIES THAT CAME IN. NO BOWLS FOR CEREAL AND MILK WAS GONE. BOTTLES IN SHOWER WERE VERY HARD FOR ME TO GET ANYTHING OUT OF AS THEY WERE STIFF AND MY ARTHRITIS IN MY FINGERES WOULDN'T LET ME SQUEEZE THEM HARD ENOUGH TO GET THE SOAP OR SHAMPOO OUT.

Liked: I was charged way too much money $100 security deposit is negotiable to getting it back after your stay but I was charged a security deposit of $200 that I did get back finally and a lady there that was working behind the counter tried to charge my car $400 after I left I noticed that she had charged it $400 and she was not able to get the money at the time and I do think that a lot of these places in these businesses mostly as well as apartments and the hotels with the motels need a complete review on every bit of it for the price people pay to stay in them for as long as they're needing to because there is a lot that goes on that they don't do the right and do more of the wrong
