Liked: Cleanliness, friendly staff, tastefully appointed rooms; amazing valueI have stayed here a couple of times a year for decades and I am never disappointed

Liked: Bed was comfortable.
Disliked: Our daughters room had a lot of mold in the tub. And the outside of the toilet was dirty.

Liked: The receptionist was very pleasant and very willing to give us another room. She took the room off the list to use.
Disliked: We had to switch rooms after walking in due to the pungent smell of cat urine and the absence of a door to the bathroom.

Disliked: Booked this room last January and paid for it. When I arrived, I was told they overbooked and they did not have a room for me, even though I had a reservation and paid for it. That was 9:30pm. I went to three other hotels to see if there was a vacancy. First 2 were full (because of the event) and the third had an opening at a price of $298! I booked a room. At approx 10:15pm, Quality Inn called me to say they figured out what happened and indeed I had a room. NO. I was already in the other hotel. Horrible!
