Very horrible experience

Liked: The lady at the front desk was very sweet and welcoming. She also was very helpful when I would not stay there. I felt bad for her because she was so nice.
Disliked: It was dirty from the stairs, to the front door, and into the room! the banister was so loose that I all most fell down the stairs when I went to grab it. The sheets had dirt and hair on them. It gave me such a bad feeling that I was shaking the whole time I was there.

Liked: Was good
Disliked: The carpet in room is old and stinks. Clean carpets or put in new flooring. Air-conditioning units are as loud as jet engines.
