Liked: The breakfast was good and the location met our needs. The price led us to stay in Burlington 3 days instead of two.We thought the new walk in shower was a good idea. The mattress and pillows were perfect. We used the fridge and microwave, both items worked well and were clean.
Disliked: The toilet rocked when we sat down. There is the age old problem at most hotels of peeling paint both in the bathroom and bedroom area. The walls were scuffed or dirty, hard to tell. The hardwood flooring is a nice change, but it felt sticky to walk barefoot on, so we kept shoes on. We used the duvet to cover the chair because it looked sketchy. We wanted to watch the Iowa girl's college basketball team play Ohio State, but that was the only station the hotel DIDNOT get:( We had to quickly run to BWW to catch the game.

Disliked: I I think y'all need to get a tall sign so people can see where your hotel is better, the other tall building hides your hotel.

Disliked: Hotel had many flaws that had not been fixed. Understaffed and not very accommodating. Breakfast was less than impressive. Beds were very uncomfortable. You get what you pay for

We slept OK, but would...

Liked: Breakfast was OK...decent variety. Location was easy to find, with close-in parking. Mattress was good support. Modern card-activated lock system. Staff was courteous, but hard to understand because of English-as-a-second-language.
Disliked: No refrig. or microwave...we've come to expect these things most everywhere. Bed is supported by a sheet-metal frame that makes Lots of noise when you sit or move. We talked with other customers who experienced the same bed problems. We had a good laugh over that. There was a small table in the corner with one worn-out shabby office chair. We are almost 80, and ended up with a 2nd floor room, when the motel was 3/4 empty, and no elevator. ...Knees just aren't what they used to be.

Liked: 1st room smoke dector going off. Moved to new room. You couldn’t watch local channels due expired direct tv account Bed was too hard and heat not the best system. Breakfast wasn’t good no food hardly.
