Liked: I liked that the employees were friendly and professional.
Disliked: I didn't like that every time I sat on the bed, the metal bed frame made a banging sound that made me think it may buckle underneath me.

Uncomfortable

Liked: Very clean.
Disliked: The toilets were very low to the ground The bed was horrible. Didn't get much sleep. The shower tub was slippery. The grip bar were smooth, hand just slid on it.

Liked: Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was very nice and clean.
Disliked: There are too many stairs for a 72-year-old person. Should have available rooms on the first floor.

Disliked: Staff could not speak English well. The hot food for breakfast was warm not hot and not very plentiful or much of a variety. The juices were mislabeled.
