Not impressed with it at...

Disliked: The room stunk and it took forever to get any hot water for a shower and I mean a very long time. The carpet needs changed

Liked: The pillows and bed was very soft
Disliked: Towels, chair, bedsheets were all stained or covered in something. Pool was disgusting. Bathroom tub was patched and very soft.

The worst hotel stay I...

Liked: The location on 76 was the only good thing about this property
Disliked: I am 100% wheelchair bound. I was ensured my room would be close to the lobby and the pool, I booked a month in advance and ensured this would be done 3 weeks prior to my trip. The front desk refused to honor this, putting me at the very back of the hotel as far from the lobby as possible. I was told the room would still be able to be maneuvered around. I could not get into the shower, I could not close the door to the bathroom, and the main walkway of the room was so thin it was nearly impossible to get my chair through. The room smelled musty, the bathroom light did not work, and the cleanliness was subpar at best. I was also told at booking that I could request a crib for my toddler, but at the time I arrived there wasn’t any available so we had to use pillows and extra sheets and just hope she didn’t fall off the bed. I attempted to call the front desk multiple times and they never answered the phone. If I could give 0 stars I would. This was hands down the worst hotel stay I have ever had. I will never return.

Pleasant

Liked: The breakfast was super good and the lady was amazing. The room was clean and super nice
Disliked: The check out lady was not very nice she was never by the phone she was always outside smoking with her kid and some other people. The toilet keep running and you had to push the handle all the way up to get it to stop running.

Bad

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Cold breakfast, lumpy bed, very little hot water, hot tub not working, carpet work out, needs remodeling, old and dated. I won’t stay again

Liked: The breakfast was delicious We loved the lady that prepared the breakfast. Very sweet Staff was nice The beds were comfortable Poor was nice and clean
Disliked: There were multiple stains on the carpet, the walls to the shower needed some repair The hot tub was broken and had nasty water in it
