Liked: I stayed at this property twice in two weeks, going to Ohio and returning to GA. The location and price was good!
Disliked: The second stay, I was paying with a Visa gift card and the older gentleman in the evening said that it didn’t go thru! So, I gave him my debit card! I checked my gift card that evening and I was charged on my gift card also! The next morning I showed proof of this to the clerk and was told that I had to wait two weeks!

Liked: Really nice faciliy in Berea KY. Service was really good as far as the shift personnel i encountered.
Disliked: Wrong type room provided. Requested two beds upon booking. even called the hotel attendant 2 months out for verification of the room that i requested.He said no problems... we got you !! Arrived to find out it was 1 king-size bed. had to settle for a rollout bunk. that the attendant mentioned that i may have to pay an additional $10.00 fee. However, i didn't have to pay the additional fee after notes that were provided by the shift attendant.day two - kindly provided 2 bed room after one had become available. Day 1, along with day 2 shift attendants, handled the situation with "QUALITY."However, both rooms were noticeably musky.Like the smell of wet towels that have been lying around for some time.Nothing we couldn't solve with lysol disinfect. It would probably help if there were stick up wall plugs installed to help eliminate unpleasant odors.
