Read the bad section. From a customer service perspective, one would think they would have offered a discount or free room (I did not ask for one).

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: Broken furniture; ants everywhere; smoke alarm hanging by wires; card key failed to work; TV issues.

Liked: My trip was about to celebrate the life of Jesus Christ with the church that I used to go to when I was living in Glen Burnie MD. I celebrate there
Disliked: Everything in the room was good I always enjoyed my stay with them

Disliked: Breakfast was definitely something to be desired.

Liked: Did not stick around for breakfast, however I did stop in and was impressed with the selection. Room was easy to find. Check out staff was friendly.
Disliked: The mattress was hard to get comfortable in. The parking lot needs to be better arranged. That's all.

Disliked: Noise from lounge very loud until midnight, people smoking and congregating outside of room, roaches joined me for breakfast

Liked: Had a wonderful stay and issues were handled efficiently.
Disliked: Nothing

Terrible and would never stay...

Disliked: The breakfast was terrible and had barely any options. The room was disgusting and uncomfortable. The A/C unit barely worked and was completely broken, the front panel completely fell off.
